Licensing
Why do we need licenses? Licenses give you legal authorisation to use our images in your projects.The products in our editorial collections are on offer under restricted licensing terms; i.e: sizing restrictions, specific usage, the timespan and the geografical publication terms. The editorial products can be used solely for editorial purposes, that is: in relation to noteworthy events and events that are of public interest. If you wish to use any of the images from our Archives don't hesitate to contact us.
All editorial products licenses are subject to the Licensing Contract.
Thumbnail and "low resolution" usage
It is possible to use the low resolution files to examine the image or to create a presentation for clients. The low resolution files are not for final project usage, whether internal or external.
Price calculation.
The licensing prices are linked to the size of the file and the price is available once you choose the image and apply all relative specifications. On purchasing an image you are, in effect, purchasing a license to use that particular item. The price is based on the type of license you have chosen and the specifications you give us (these specifications are necessary only for editorial products). Based on the modality with which will be given a license both the user (the customer) or a different subject (third party or corporation) acquire the right to use the item as laid out in the Licensing Contracts.
Purchase and Download
Once you have chosen the image and the price has been calculated, you are ready to either preview the thumbnail or to add it to the trolley and proceed to purchase and download. The invoice can be paid either by bank transfer or credit card.
You can also create a business account (with credits) to take advantage of more favorable rates and to speed up the purchase of each particular photograph. Please contact us if you need assistance or more information on our credit system.
